Well the other day I finally caved and purchased myself a DSLR camera. I have wanted one for ages but thought the price for a half decent kit was too much for me to spend.  This all changed when I found a Canon 1000D with twin-lens kit for a lot less than I had seen before so I pounced. And I couldn’t be happier. Even though it is on the cheap end for a DSLR, I am overly impressed with the quality of the photos it takes. I look forward to learning how to make full use of this camera.
